Solution for Fincale Agent portal Inaccessibility

Click on Windows and R button together.

1. In the Run window, type "%temp%"and press enter.
2. The temp folder will be opened. Delete all the files in this folder.
3. Type "temp" and press enter
4. The temp folder will be opened. Delete all the files in this folder.
5. Type "prefetch" and press enter and delete files in the folder 
6. Remove any saved favorite link as well from the browser.
7. Post this, user can access the Agent Portal
