Respected sir,
Namaskar. Kindly see attached instructions in Maharashtra circle. Kindly also consider whether we can issue similar instructions to all concerned considering heavy shortage particularly in postmen and Gr.D cadre. Heaps of mails are pending in most of the big offices and this fact is not brought to the notice of higher offices. Concerned staff works under heavy pressure and we could not make any alternative arrangements in spite of repeated representations, agitations & constant sufferings.
